This category is for the 2016 Collaborative Emissions Modeling Platform. This platform is separate from other platforms for different years (e.g., 2011, 2016). You may have questions about how to use the scripts or the data files. If you find issues with any of the data or scripts, please submit those comments here so that they are tracked and searchable.

Yes, we have noticed this pattern. We will be working on an adjustment to the spatial resolution of the emissions that will remove this pattern.
