After installing Java, PostgreSQL, and Tomcat, they would edit and run the batch file Install\_EMF.bat. That does need to be run as an administrator if the EMF\_CLIENT\_DIRECTORY or EMF\_DATA\_DIRECTORY are shared. If the step

> Right-click the file Install\_EMF.bat and select “Run as administrator” to start the CoST/EMF server installation.
