# BELD5-based NH3 Bidi input files for CMAQv5.3.2

Since SMOKEv4.8 is capable of generating BEIS3.7 biogenic emissions using BELD5 land data for CMAQ, I was wondering if the latest FEST-C version 1.4.1 is also capable of generating the input E2C\_SOIL, E2C\_CHEM, and E2C\_LU files necessary for running NH3 Bidi module in CMAQv5.3.2? I was hoping someone could suggest changes to the beld4 code needed for recompiling FEST-C to BELD5-compatible version?
