I would like to ask, is it possible for CMAQ to use DDM resolution to get the sensitivity of SOA ? If so, how do I set the species in my sensinput file? Thanks a lot.

Yes - its possible to calculate sensitivity of SOA species. Configuration of the sensinput file depends on your specific application. Refer to the documentation provided - specifically the DDM-3D chapter.
