Hi Jano,

Thanks for your reply. I am wondering which mechanism you chose to process HTAPV3 file for following CMAQ run and where your gsref/gspro from? Now for me the main problem is keeping the same mechanism between SMOKE result with CMAQ run (I only successed running with cb05 mechanism but I guess it outdated?).

Another question is that have you splitted monthly htapv3 inventory files to individual ones and then runned SMOKE successfully? I found that it didnt work once I set ‘Month’ to 1-12 in arinv.edgar.lst file (unless 0, but its only for yearly?).
