To run MEGAN3.2 with CMAQ (5.4 or later) you need to run to the TXT2IOAPI step. This might be useful: [Megan 3.2 preprocessor input files missing from website - #3 by willison.jeff](https://forum.cmascenter.org/t/megan-3-2-preprocessor-input-files-missing-from-website/4604/3)
