Has anyone been able to install/run AMET on Amazon EC2 account? I wasn’t able to install R on my amazon ec2 account, so I am not able to use the AMET tool. Is possible to run the AMET tool with R installed on a local computer? Alternatively, is there a workaround to installing R on Amazon ec2 account?

I have instructions for installing R on an EC2 instance with the Ubuntu OS here:
[https://pcluster-cmaq.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user\_guide\_pcluster/amet/installing\_ametv1.6.html](https://pcluster-cmaq.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide_pcluster/amet/installing_ametv1.6.html)

It doesn’t load all of the packages required for AMET, but it should get you started.

Liz
