RTI has an immediate opening for a postdoctoral fellow in air quality modeling. In this role, the successful candidate will support existing projects through regional air quality modeling and data analyses. Specifically, the successful candidate will setup and run meteorological, emissions and air quality models, conduct research, and implement approaches to integrate model data with ground measurements from regulatory monitors and low-cost sensors, and perform data analyses. The candidate will be expected to present results at scientific conferences and author/co-author manuscripts. Appointment will be for 1 year with a potential for extension based on performance and availability of funding.
