Is there benchmark output available for CMAQ runs without ISAM or DDM3D, or does this not matter? Also the run script for the 2018\_12NE3 benchmark simulation only produces output for 20180701, by default. Should this be changed to run both 20180701 and 20180702?

The output generated by running CMAQ without ISAM will be the same as that with ISAM, just without the ISAM related output files.

For instance the CONC and ACONC file output generated will be identical if you run CMAQ with and without the ISAM option.
