where is the temporal allocation script in the 2014v7.2platform? is that script used to convert annual inventory into hourly, daily, monthly inventory? ---

Not sure what you are looking for. Are you looking for Temporal input files which are temporal profiles and cross-reference input files? You can find the detail information regarding to how SMOKE Temporal program converts annual inventory into hourly inventory emissions. The temporal allocation is done as part of the processing for each of the sectors. There is no one script that just does temporal allocation. The platform scripts for the 2014v7.1 platform are part of this zip file: ftp://newftp.epa.gov/air/emismod/2014/v2/smoke\_2014v7\_2\_platform\_core.zip
