# Why some SCC of mobile inventory is not included in SCC from EPA website?

“US”,“01001”,“2201510372”,“RPD”,“106990”,  
this above SCC code(2201510372) is from the mobile inventory(  
ftp://newftp.epa.gov/air/emismod/2014/v2/2014fd/emissions/2014fd\_SMOKE\_MOVES\_onroad\_ff10.zip)

I tried to search that in website [https://ofmpub.epa.gov/sccwebservices/sccsearch/](https://ofmpub.epa.gov/sccwebservices/sccsearch/).  
However, I can’t find any record.
