Hi Joey, we think you are talking about onroad_ca_adj. So your question is: why is there no part 2 (combine) script in v1?
The short answer is: starting with v1 platform, the part 2 script is no longer needed for onroad or onroad_ca_adj.
A bit more info from the README for the 2016v1 platform:
- Also for onroad and onroad_ca_adj, MOVES2014b supports CB6-CMAQ speciation, and so the EFs
for this platform include the extra species which are part of that mechanism (SOAALK and XYLMN).
Therefore, the CB6-CMAQ conversion step is no longer needed for onroad and onroad_ca_adj.
It is still required for onroad_mex.
