A variable 'ZF' from METCRO3D?

Which variables from WRF are used to to calculate the ZF (full-layer height above ground) in the METCRO3D?

Layer heights are calculated in layht.f90 from the coordinate system and the Jacobian, which is calculated in metvars2ctm.f90.
