Aermod Input Data Issue

I am in the process of executing the Aermet executable on windows to generate the input files for AERMOD (v24142). For the same I have tried to use the US EPA and Uni of Wyoming websites for the surface and Upper Air profile data.

But on running AERMET, it’s not accepting the .DAT input files due to formatting errors, and I’m unable to convert it to the right one.

Are there any python programmes to convert .CSV data files into AERMET suitable .DAT files?

Or are there sources to download DAT files specific for AERMET for my location? (Hyderabad, India)

Current soundings are available in the IGRA format and AERMET can read that format. The website is: Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive (IGRA) | National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) and I believe it is global. The station list can be found at: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/integrated-global-radiosonde-archive/doc/igra2-station-list.txt
