Error with GRDMAT

I am running NEI modeling platform 2014v7.0. The error I have is shown below.

 Could not get Models-3 grid description.

Could you give me some suggestion to fix it? Thank you a lot!

I fixed it by change gridname is 12US1 _459x299.
