When using the run.txt2ioapi.v210.csh script of MEGAN2.1, I encountered a Segmentation fault (core dumped) error. The test script provided on the official website runs successfully, but the error occurs when

I run my own file.

I have a total of 35,119 grids, and the segmentation fault happens when processing the grid with CID 29,969.

There is a non-official tool you might find usefull: GitHub - CNEA-AQ/prepmegan4cmaq: Preprocessor of input data of MEGAN biogenic emissions for the CMAQ model

I tried and it works with cmaq.
