I found that there is a shapefile missing for Mexico for processing surrogate ID 11 when I ran the spatial allocation. Do you know where can I find gpw-v4-popcount2015-mexico.shp. I don’t find it in the mexico_shapefiles.tar.gz from NEI 2017/2016v2 Platforms - Google Drive
We do not have that Mexico poopulation Shapefile used to create that surrogate available. We are working to reproduce it but are unsure how long it will take.
