Running the ISOROPIA_B module in CMAQ adjoint mode results in a sensitivity of 0

Hello, I am running the ISOROPIA_B module separately in cmaq-adjoint v5.0. I set the cost function to gaseous NH3 and HNO3. The values of gaseous NH3 and HNO3 changed before and after running the ISOROPIA_B module, but after running it, the value of wib is 0, and the values of gasb have not changed.

Hi Zheliu,

Do you have the input and output for ISOROPIA_B? It’s hard to tell what’s really going on without seeing the numbers.
