SMOKE segmentation fault

Hello. I am running SMOKE v5.1 using emissions modeling platform 2022 v1. I’m able to run the one time scripts ok, but get a segmentation fault when running the daily scripts. The relevant message indicating segmentation fault is pasted below. I am running a version of SMOKE compiled with debugging on (but do not see a core dump file created). Any ideas what could be happening here? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best,

Vikram

Are you running the sector exactly as provided in the platform scripts? Smkreport will fail in this way if the configuration (repconfig) does not match the available data.

If you do not have a specific need for the temporal SMOKE reports I recommend turning off smkreport for temporal by adding the following line to your run_settings file:

pt_oilgas, 12US1, smkreport, PART2, 0, 0, N
