The variable values in the PGTS_L file are all 0

Hi,
I tried to use SMOKE in China region. I had got all Intermediate file , such as ptmp, pgmt. These files all had values. But my PGTS_L file is all 0.

Yeah, I have forget the exact, maybe some files’ have incorrect format.
