why CH4 is in the gspro file of RACM2 and SAPRC7tc chemical mechanisms, but CH4 is not in the EmissCtrl file of these chemical mechanisms?
This is because methane concentrations are prescribed within CMAQ and not fed in as emissions. Some are doing or planning to do online methane simulations.
