I think this is an error I got for the multiday run. But I do not how to solve it.
My model is working well in CMAQ v5.3.3 but only 5.2 is not working now.
Is this error repeatable? It is strange to get an error when closing a file that was opened read-only. This type of I/O error is unusual, and I would suspect something with your hardware or interconnection.
What do we know about BNDY_GSC_1? (what do ls -l and file say about it?)
Do we know that it has been correctly opened before this call to SHUT3? (there should have been a log-message about that)?
I changed to another machine to run with the same script (only MPI changing) and then it was working.
It is still curious
