Download MEGAN v3.21 Emission Factor Processor python code

Hi,

I try to download the MEGAN v3.21 Emission Factor Processor python code and input files. But I found that the MEGAN_EFP python code doesn’t exist in the google drive provided by the website UCI BAI - MEGAN32. Could anyone tell me where to download the python code?

I’m not sure why the preprocessor is unavailable on the website. Hopefully it wasn’t taken down because of some bug. Here is the most recent version that I have.
