Error in initializing plume rise emissions module in cmv_c3

Hi,everyone;

I am trying to run 20140101 with EPA NEI 2014 emission inventory using CMAQ5.3 Beta2 CCTM. The error I am having is about initializing plume rise emsiosn module with cmv_c3. The log is showing below.

Is there anything wrong with in this input file?

I got over this issue by changing the inputs.
