Please check the Makefile in the m3tools directory and change it from LIBS = -L${OBJDIR} -lioapi -lnetcdf $(OMPLIBS) $(ARCHLIB) $(ARCHLIBS) to LIBS = -L${OBJDIR} -lioapi -lnetcdff -lnetcdf $(OMPLIBS) $(ARCHLIB) $(ARCHLIBS)
