I think there could be a lot of possibilities with this error message, such as the file being corrupt. Have you tried to open it with any other programs or utilities? I’d recommend a quick “ncdump -h filename” to check.

No,but I set export HDF5_USE_FILE_LOCKING=FALSE and it works
