Not reading poc - cmaq 5.2

Hello

I am not sure why CMAQ CCTM is unable to read the POC produced from smoke showing the following error

—>> WARNING in subroutine GET_EMIS on PE 000
Could not read POC from EMIS_1
M3WARN: DTBUF 0:02:30 April 2, 2020 (2020093:000230)

What does the file itself say it has? What are the outputs of
ncdump -h $EMIS_1
and
m3stat EMIS_1 DEFAULT
– do they indicate that POC is a variable? And is it available for this date&tme?
