I am using CMAQv5.0.2. Does this version of CMAQ include the Renoxification reaction where nitrate is broken down back into nitrogen dioxide?

CMAQv5.0.2. (or any other version) does not include any renoxification reaction. We have explored the impact of particulate nitrate photolysis on ozone. We also examined the impacts of several HONO heterogeneous reactions including some renoxification reactions. However, these reactions are not included in any publicly released model. We are planning to include particulate nitrate photolysis and HONO reactions in the future versions of CMAQ model.
