Dear friends, my WRF configuration includes 39 vertical layers specific as eta_1evels from 1.0000 to 0.0000, covering heights ranging from 7.93 to 18161.21 meters. I am particularly interested in the first 10 layers, focusing on near surface phenomena, therefore my MCIP’s CTMLAYS are set from 1.000 to 0.9649, plus 0.400, 0.200, and 0.000. However, after processing through Megan for SMOKE input, the output file only displays data in layers 0, 1, and 2. The top layer in SMOKE output corresponds to around. 42 meters, but some point sources in my input file are located at 100 meters, yet SMOKE does not include these higher data points.
