SMOKE4.7 test case error: relocation error

I am trying a test case: Annual_rwc_12US1_2017gb_17j.csh. But had following error message:

Is this caused by system compiler conflict or system library missing?

We aren’t sure if you used EPA or UNC version of precompiled SMOKE 4.7. EPA used Intel 18 libraries to compile SMOKE 4.7. If you upgrade to the Intel 18 libraries and add them to your path then it should run fine. The EPA version of SMOKE 4.7 was statically compiled but still uses shared objects for the core libraries like libm, libgcc, and libomp. If for some reason you can’t get it to work after upgrading to Intel 18 libraries then we can package up SMOKE 4.8, which was compiled without OpenMP support.
