Some differences between CMAQ ISAM outputs and benchmark references

After compiling and running the CMAQ ISAM, I checked the simulated outputs with benchnmark references provided for ISAM. Comparison between my model outputs and the benchmark references shows a notable difference. I was wondering if the people of the CMAQ community had a similar issue and how can I cope with that? Thanks

Assuming your application of the benchmark case was correct and consistent with the provided data, I would attempt to compare results from a simulation without ISAM. Basically, if you can reduce complexity and still see differences that would more likely be an issue with your application. However, if you remove ISAM and can match base CMAQ better, there might be a different issue to explore. Please, try CMAQ benchmark without ISAM and post here your experience.
