'wget' command not downloading from 2017gb_17j emissions modeling platform ftp site

While I was looking for the text files that list the merge dates for different 2D emissions sectors of the 2017gb_17j emissions, I tried to download the folder at Index of /Air/emismod/2017 (epa.gov) but I was not getting the response I expected. When I type ‘wget https://gaftp.epa.gov/Air/emismod/2017/smoke_2017gb_platform_core_09feb2021.zip’, I get this response:

And then nothing will have been downloaded - I only see the linux prompt again.

We recommend you try adding --no-check-certificate to your wget command and see if that works.
