Hi everyone. I’m new to CMAQ-ISAM and wonder how it works when I want to tag multi regions at the same run.
I noticed the description of SRC_APP_MAP in https://www.airqualitymodeling.org/index.php/CMAQv5.0.2_Integrated_Source_Apportionment
So I need to set the src_app_map to state_NC_CMAQ-BENCHMARK.ncf to tag NC region. But if I have multi regions, how should I do?

If you want to track multiple regions, make sure you have those regions defined in the region files as separate variable and then list them in the isam control file. Check the short chapter on ISAM in the user’s guide on the proper formatting of the isam control file.
