Hello, I have reviewed the official CMAQ-ISAM tutorial and have a few questions:

I already enabled ISAM functionality when compiling and installing CMAQ v5.3.3. So, do I still need to recompile CMAQ-ISAM according to the tutorial?
Can I simply enable the ISAM feature in the ‘run_cctm_Bench_2016_12SE1.csh’ script and use it directly?

Yes, if you have the executable built for ISAM, then you can use in the run script.
