CMAQ simmulation concentation of pm25 too low

My simulation results are too different from the actual data.
my run_script
run_cctm.csh (39.4 KB)
my output log:
CTM_LOG_000.txt (2.0 MB)

Similar to the response in this other thread, please carefully review the emissions mapping section of your log file and also consider these general comments provided by @cgnolte regarding unexpected model results:

What is different in your case compared to others who have used CMAQ to simulate air quality in China? Are you using the same emissions data successfully used by others, or is it a new dataset you have created? If so, how was it prepared? Are you using meteorological data that have been used previously, or is this a new dataset? If so, how was it prepared? … While there are other possibilities, the problem is usually emissions.

The emission reporting section of your log file starts with the heading

 |> Reading and Storing Emission Scaling Rules:
 +===============================================

and shows that a number of expected emitted species (APIN, SESQ, KET, BENZ, etc.) are not present in your emission files and also that your emission files contain two species (BENZENE and XYL) that likely should be mapped to model species but are being dropped because no mapping rule exists.
