This may indeed be an issue with how your MPI module is installed. It is probably not a CMAQ issue at all. I would check with your sysadmin, if you have one.

I spoke with a sysadmin and he said they haven’t seen this error before with the MPI. I tried two different available MPIs and they both had this error. I created another post because I thought maybe I could try to redefine the default write location of the CTM_LOG files. Is this possible to change?
