Can anyone help me?
My intel version is 19.0.4.243.
netcdf-C version is 4.7.3,
netcdf-Fortran version is 4.5.2.
Thanks!

You should have read the recomendations on the I/O API Installation instructions page https://cjcoats.github.io/ioapi/AVAIL.html#ncf4 and followed its instructions.

As an alternative add -DIOAPI_NCF4=1 to the DEFINEFLAGS in your ioapi/Makefile and then do
make clean; make there and re-build.

Thanks. It has been solved.
