Dear everyone,
I am on my way of adding new reactions into CMAQ using chemmech. I added reactions into the file mech_cb6r3_ae7_aq.def and edited the other three .nml files as well. But when i run run_chemmech.csh script, i met many errors like “Fatal error: Mechanism Species found not in species namelist: 151 HGCL”. I tried several times to change the four files but always failed. Could you please help me with this problem?
