I’ve run some CMAQv5.5 CRACCMv2 simulations and was interested in using the output files to estimate VOC reactivity and OH lifetime. To get VOCr, would it be sufficient to take a sum similar to the VROC calculation in the CRACMMv2 species file but simply replace the carbon numbers with the OH rate constant for each species? I’ve included the species file below for reference as well. Thanks!
