How m3dry deposition changes on coarse mode aerosols?

Hi,

I know from the post that the new m3dry scheme will increase the dry deposition velocity of the accumulation mode aerosols. I am wondering how the scheme changes on coarse-mode aerosols (e.g., ASOIL). Is it possible for the deposition velocity to drop? Our test shows a lower deposition velocity of ASOIL, especially near the dust source regions.

On the average in the summer our tests show that concentrations of coarse aerosol PMC also decline with the new aerosol dry deposition model which suggests that dry deposition velocity also increases in the new model.
