I/O API 3.1 Installation

I just download I/O API 3.1 version to install some module in HYSPLIT.
and i followed I/O API installation guide to install I/O API.
After installation process I got libioapi.a and some ‘*.o’ files in Linux2_x86_64gfort directory which is represent my machine characteristics.

here’s the question. Am i fully installed I/O API?
Is the directory containing libioapi.a the I/O API library folder?

You should also have various M3TOOLS programs in that directory. If so, it sounds as though you have a full installation.
