Installing BEIS 3.61

I have installed BEIS 3.14 with BELD3, using the information here: https://www.cmascenter.org/sa-tools/documentation/4.2/html/smoke_bio_inputs.html and the files available here: ftp://ftp.epa.gov/EmisInventory/beld_3/

I would now like to install BEIS 3.61 with BELD4. Is there a good place that specifies where to get the proper files downloaded and how to get it installed and running? I am running SMOKE v4.5

BEIS 3.61 is embedded into SMOKE, so you don’t need to do anything special to install the software.

The BELD4 data are available here:

ftp://newftp.epa.gov/air/emismod/2011/v3platform/beld4.1/
