CMAQv5.3 User Manual recommends that ACM2 PBL scheme be used in both WRF and CMAQ:
YSU PBL scheme was used in my WRFv3.9 meteorology, but I have opted for ACM2 vertical diffusion in CMAQ. With this combination, what inconsistencies/abnormalities/issues should I expect in my CMAQ output (mainly ozone and aerosols)?
