Mexican "mex_com_ind_land" shapefile in the 2022 modeling platform is wrong

Shapefile “mex_com_ind_land” in the Mexican shapefile package downloaded from the 2022 EPA platform (https://gaftp.epa.gov/Air/emismod/2022/v1/spatial_surrogates/shapefiles/MEX_shapefiles_2022_platform_12112024.zip) is to be used to generate surrogate 36 for “MEX Commercial plus Industrial Land”. We found it is the same as the shapefile “mex_agriculture” which is used for surrogate 26 (MEX Total Agriculture). Could you please check? Thanks.
