I am trying to run the two day benchmark data on the new CMAQ v5.3.1 but I keep running into this error. The openmpi did work on v5.3.
MPI_ABORT was invoked on rank 9 in communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD
with errorcode 538976288.
NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on
exactly when Open MPI kills them.
