I was using NEI 2017 and 2011 mobile source inventory for my project in Central Florida region. I saw that starting from NEI2014v2, EPA is using Streetlight(https://www.streetlightdata.com/) as a data source for the traffic data (VMT, Speed and VPOP). Is EPA using streetlight data for NEI2017 also?

The temporal and speed profiles derived from Streetlight data for the 2014 NEI were carried forward into the 2017 NEI.
Some different decisions were made in 2017 NEI regarding when to use state-submitted data and when to use data from EPA’s analyses.
The 2017 NEI TSD should have a lot of information on data sources, but let us know if you don’t find what you are looking for.
