PM2.5 FLUX Calculation from CCTM Results

Hello,

I want to calculate the mass of PM2.5 that flows through a particular vertical surface in a particular period of time (inter-city transport of PM2.5). Please, can someone guide me on how to calculate PM2.5 flux from CCTM results? @lizadams @cjcoats @cgnolte

Interesting. To my knowledge there is not an existing CMAQ program or tool that would directly produce the horizontal flux across a model column or row, but I think it should not be too hard to do. You should be able to turn on CMAQ process analysis for horizontal advection, and then postprocess those results to obtain what you want.
