Pre-merged EQUATES emission data for 2019

Hi all,
I am looking for pre-merged emission files by sector used in EQUATES 2019 simulations. In principle, I will need to apply scale factors to power sector and on-road mobile emissions. Thus, I would like to kindly ask for pre-merged gridded emission files for all sectors (including on-road, power, RWC, non-point, etc).
(I did read this thread (Premerged emission files for 2018_12US1 CMAQ Modeling Platform Data) but it seems that the file that I need was not provided in that thread.)

Hi Ryan, We do not have any immediate plans to post a full set of premerged emissions for 2018 or 2019. We may be able to accommodate this later in this year but I cannot guarantee it due to other priorities.
