SMOKE Emissions Modeling: Performance Evaluation?

Hello,
So, I know we can do performance evaluation using AMET for CMAQ/CAMx modeling.
Is there any software as AMET or any other way that I can do performance evaluation of SMOKE run?

To do performance evaluation for SMOKE you’d need to compare SMOKE outputs to the level of emissions coming out of various processes which would be difficult to do. Not sure if you had a particular aspect of the inventory in mind you wanted to compare to measurements?
