Unknown or unsupported wrfoutput

Dear all
I run wrf_chemv4.3 for getting the input files for the mcip. there is no nested domain in my run model and it is 70*70 grid cells and each grids is 5 kilometer. I am trying to run with the NEI emission sources.

1. first I have this error when I tried to run mcip
   unknown or unsupported wrfoutput version, version = output from * , program=wrfchemv4.3 model
2. is there any specific grid number or resolution that I need to consider for using NEI dataset for 2017?
